At Indulgenz, we're passionate about working with local producers to create delicious treats from this amazing part of the world. Artisan ice cream connoisseurs, John and Barbara Thomas, have created these most wonderful ice creams and sorbets, which are admired by the most discerning chefs.
From our secluded creamery in Waihi our all-natural ice cream is made exclusively of milk sourced from the A2 herd of Jersey Girl Organics in Matamata. Every cow has a name and is well cared for. All other ingredients are natural, and sourced locally from New Zealand whenever possible.
